Vintage Gruen Diamond Women。I happened upon this watch while cleaning my attic. I never wear watches and this one looks vintage so I figured I would do a quick search and find names and values. Boy was I wrong. This led down a month long rabbit hole which required me to use movement dates, calibers, style number dating to even learn the name of this watch. Let alone year and value. Anyway, the numbers are 468a 182 527. It is 10k white gold with a stainless steel case with 17 jewels. I hope someone finds joy in this piece!
