Late 1920s-early 1930s cloche hat black velvet bows trim size 23。Is this silk? I don\'t know, it seems like it, but it\'s in such excellent condition it makes me think it\'s something more durable than silk. I love the great stitching on this, but I had to lighten the pictures to better show the detail. Mesh lined. Asymmetric style, can \'bend\' because it\'s softly constructed. 21\" around the inside edge. A little bit of makeup on the inside edge (like the forehead), but doesn\'t show when you\'re displaying or wearing it.
