The wide, upturned brim which is covered in glitter on the underside, and is edged in a band of beads and rhinestones on the top, and navy velour band on the bottom.. The medium height crown has a scattering of rhinestones. Around the crown there is a navy velour band, plus a sequin and bead \"flower\" appliqué. The outstanding item is a very large jewel pin piercing the velour edging extension as shown in the photos. This is indeed an amazing creation!
