VICTORIAN 1890。Th is beautiful and large hat was designed by famous British designer PHILLIP SOMMERVILE. The round crown is surrounded by a very wide brim which is topstitched all over. The underside of the hat is made of a matte coordinating color. Around the crown there is a draped piece of fabric that matches the brim underside color. This is simply a divine and timeless creation.
