Unfamiliar with this brand, research indicates it was founded in 1934 and closed in 2001. It was a fashion shop which made custom clothing upon request. Known for using Hollywood actresses as models, it appealed to a wealthier clientele. This handsome hat is in shades of gray tinged with white and black with an abstract circle design in a soft silky fabric. The rounded crown features pleated bands. Given the history of the company, we assume the hat was an accessory to a bespoke dress or suit. We would place this in late mid-century.
