The quality of the leather & stiching is beyond impressive. The George Lawrence Co., (aka., Lawrence Company) was established in Portland, Oregon in 1857, as a saddlery and harness shop made famous by also producing exquisite leather goods such as handgun holsters, cartridge belts, slings, scabbards, and other items. This item is in excellent condition with very minor signs of age/wear (mostly from being in storage). The impeccable craftsmanship will last a lifetime. NOTE: This belt (excluding the holster) is sized for a woman or child. The mannequin in the photos measures a 26\" waist and 33\" hips and the belt is fastened at the tightest hole. Laying flat, from the buckle to the last belt hole measures 36\". There are five (5) belt notches total. *Will consider all reasonable offers
