All of the rhinestones are present, none are missing. There is quite a bit of overflow from the glue from when it was originally made, it doesn\'t come too far out off the strand but it is there so I do want to mention it. Towards the back, There are a few dimples in the satin top of the hat where the rhinestones are, but once your head is in it, it should form back to its natural shape. If it doesn\'t, it\'s not a big deal. It\'s not super obvious but again I do want to mention it. The exterior is made of satin. There\'s no major damage, there\'s a few minor marks here and there that probably wouldn\'t even be caught by the camera and a few very light poles in the thread along the seams. But again not enough to be seen in the pictures, these cosmetic issues do not have any effect on its usage. The mannequin head is not included. The top of the hat is approximately 10 in in diameter with the bottom visor sticking out from the front, approximately 2 in and overall approximately 4.25 in high.
