Vintage 1950s French Etched Pearlized Rhinestone Cat Eye 。These 1950s cat eye sunglasses are a dazzling example of French vintage eyewear with unmistakable midcentury elegance. Featuring a luminous pearlized cat eye frame, they’re adorned with intricate gold filigree detailing and sparkling rhinestones along the temples and ear stems. The craftsmanship is exquisitely fine, with thin engraved lines, tiny studs, and rhinestones seamlessly worked into the filigree rather than simply applied. There are small bifocals at the bottom of the lenses (see pic). Also, please note the measurements. They are small glasses, as many vintage ones are. The frame shimmers beautifully in the light, striking a perfect balance between bold cat eye drama and refined glamour. Marked “Miss Vido” on the inside of one arm and “44/20” )I assume this is the bifocal #) on the other, these sunglasses are in good vintage condition with no missing stones. A rare, elegant statement piece that feels straight from a Riviera postcard. ✨?
